The Norstar Modular Integrated Communications System (ICS) is a key system designed for growing small-to-medium businesses and is expandable up to 248 ports. Advanced integrated applications include voice messaging, unified messaging, digital networking, enhanced call centers and speech recognition. The Modular ICS can grow with your business through the addition of trunk and station modules as you need them. The Modular ICS system allows for the connection of standard analog telephone sets (with an analog station module) along with the following digital phones: M7100, M7208, M7310, M7324, T7100, T7316, T7316, T7316e and the T7406 cordless. |

Designed for growing businesses, the Norstar Compact Integrated Communications System (CICS) offers from 4 to 8 lines and 8 to 24 telephone extensions. It supports all Norstar and Business Series telephones, including fully-featured digital functions with LCD and soft keys. Easily add Norstar applications, such as voice mail, automated attendant, computer telephony integration (CTI), and automatic call distribution (ACD). The Modular ICS system allows for the connection of one standard analog telephone sets or more with the use of an Analog Terminal Adapter (ATA) along with the following digital phones: M7100, M7208, M7310, M7324, T7100, T7316, T7316, T7316e and the T7406 cordless. Norstar offers two voice messaging systems. The Messaging 100 and the Messaging 150 systems. Formerly known as Call Pilot 100 and the Call Pilot 150 respectively. Messaging 100 is a state-of-the art messaging system for small to mid-sized businesses, with 10-40 mailbox users. Messaging 100 is equipped with a built-in 10/100 Ethernet port, allowing connection to the LAN for advanced applications, including Auto Attendant, Customer Call Routing (CCR), Voice Mail, VPIM/AMIS Networking, Basic Call Center (Key-code activation), Web-based management, and IP connectivity. Messaging 150 delivers scalable advanced messaging to growing small and mid-sized businesses. Business sites with 32-300 users receive Voice Mail, Basic Call Center and two free seats of Desktop Messaging. Messaging 150 also supports advanced applications such as Digital Networking and Centralized Voice Mail ideal for small and mid-sized standalone and multi-site businesses.
